I do save my games often, that's my problem because I use the one save game but save all the time. so I saved just after the problem happened and therefore lost my save from before.

How do you get them to give you their quests? Do you need to hire them?

For instance I'm trying to get Tomi to give me his but the conversation doesn't include options for that.
