Right, its the first level of the tower, below ground level, theres lots of respawning phase spiders, and the like around, the level itself is quite large, and heavily trapped, the problem i have if with the 4 "warders", that appear to be guarding, some sort of entrance, that looks like a well shaft ...

i dont believe they do i'm afraid, and i dont know of a way to tell.without saving, firing them off, and reloading the game!
