Pirate's Treasure
I have no idea whether or not this is in fact the "pirates cave", as it was not guarded by Ghral, however... if you look to the smallish island in the north-east corner of Solstheim, (just south-east of the Skaal village), you'll find a cave enterence with a 100 lock spell on it ...
