Same exact thing happened to me on my second time playing through. I walked all over the place then ran into these guys in a house who killed someone and then started a fight with me and in the middle of it a got the message.

All i seem to get is purple sabers as well. Atton is using 2 short purple sabers, im using 2 regular purple sabers, and Handmaiden is using a double bladed purple light saber, its all i get. I want to find silver, cyan, and that other one veridian or something.
