Ya ur right but the 100 strenghth is so u can use different types of enigmas u know 16 thats awesome man ive only gotten up too 14 k howd u get urs so high?

Too make a wicked dueling blizz sorc u need to put 1 into warmth 2 into teleport 20 into cold blast 20 into glacial spike 20 into ice bolt and 20 into blizz + 20 into coldmaster. put 100 into strength and all the rest into vitality. Theitems u should wear are Nightwings, Enigma or Chains Of Honor ...
