I finally managed to get out and meet the “noble savage,” as my Malkavian puts

In the Sabbat Warehouse, I’ve managed to plant the bomb and defeated the ghoul, but I can’t find a way out of the warehouse!
The main exit is now closed, and the courtyard from where the ghoul came doesn’t seem to go anywhere.
