Planescape Torment, now that is a really really good game, but it took me ages and ages to get into it. It does rank up with Baldur's Gate II + the Throne of Bhaal expansion for me. Highly recommended indeed.

When I first started playing BG2 I left it alone for about 1 year before I picked it up again (and I absolutely loved it after that, mind you). The same thing was with PS:T. The Mortuary is pretty dull imho, but once you get out of it and into the city things really go way way up. Like the others ...
