IMHO i prefer monks and they are an Order of their own

is that sword any good?

i can play anytime really because i sleep at irregular hours. so ....

so i can bring a ring and sword only is that right?

the Monk has good solo potential in SOA only i haven tried to solo in TOB.

Can wear amulet of power
- super casting speed for lay on hands which at higher levels rock.
- immune to level drain!
- immune to charm (very imp in soloing)
- Magic Resistance!!!
- great armour class without the armour ...

We could also start with a single item in out inventories (SK it in) but not weapons or armour or wands as they would turn the tide a bit.... something like a ring of protection +1 or ring of fire res.

what items can me a monk bring?

Monk vs Kensai/Mage vs Sorcerer

Well this time the same ppl are asking me for a rematch to show how lousy the monk class is(which i highly disagree), saying that it is possible to kill the monk without any spells.

One person is going to use a pure kensai while ...

I was just wondering are there any NPCs in the game that sort of resemble the five Bhaal Spawns in TOB in their classes. Then that would be cool.

For example:
me : Monk
Visconia : Sendai
Gromnir : Minsc (Duh!)
Abizigal : ???
Yaga Shura : Maybe Korgan?

Okay here is what happpened although everything happened so fast.

Start
-----
Sorcerer spell trigger -> Fire shield red, mislead, protection from magical weapons (I'm know i will be dead)

Kensai / Mage chain contigency -> mislead fireshield red, protection from magical weapins.
(I know i am double ...

i lost terribly man!!!

My conclusion is ....
Monks are great for single player soloing
Monk's sux versus powerful dual classes.

Tomorrow i am having another match me versus the same sorcerer 1 vs 1. he hurled insults at me and called me a weakling. i have to win tommorrow .... Bhaal bless me!

The Game is going to start soon, wish me luck but from what i think ... i am going to lose big time maybe in the first few round ... well hope i "have" fun.
