I couldn't help noticing that in your Book Collection Quest walkthrough, it says no Neutral Wizard Hat has been found. Well it does exist, but I got it through modding, so I really don't know if it's aquirable. It may require speculation. Here's some pics:

I saw another one! This time through normal gameplay.

I noticed that after you progress in the Northern Wastes, Minions claim the Northern Foothills. Try entering the Northern Foothills, the first time you EVER come to the Northern Wastes. That's how I saw it.

I usually use a fast sword. I tend to stick to legendary weapons, but until then I stick to Obsidian and Steel. Master weapons are a ripoff. Don't get 'em.

Until then, you should get a Bright Chainmail Helmet. I can't remember where you get it, just check a bunch of towns.

I have seen one, but not through normal gameplay. Basically, I overwrote my hero with a much weaker one with less renown, but made him at the same point of the game as my strong hero. I warped to Archon's Shrine, and there it was. It looked like a butterfly basically and spawned Ice Undead (Wraiths ...

Get other pieces of Bright Plate Armor from wanderers in Witchwood Lake (They're usually by the Knothole Glade entrance) and Knothole Glade itself.

Yes, it's possible in Lost Chapters. I've done it. It's in the second to last quest in the Souls of Heroes quest. It is an alternate to killing the Guildmaster.

It's not actually hard to get your spouse through the woods and plains. When I was transporting an apprentice to Oakvale from the Guild she got attacked by an Earth Troll many times and didn't die.

You might be able to dig glitch your way into the garden but it would be hard and annoying, and maybe not possible. Apart from that, it's impossible

There are actually 3 albion girl accents, as far as I know.

1 - Normal cokney accent - Used by most women and in every town, including the Heroes Guild.
2 - Light cokney accent - Also used by most women. It's a bit more annoying.
3 - Fancy accent - Used by Lady Grey plus a couple of the hooded ...
