That was my thoughts exactly, so the House of Dragon was the first guild I joined after creating a mage. I did the Dragon and Tiger quests, but still no option to become a Shugenia. I became a Sorcerer and finally a Wizard through the Mages Guild, but still do not get then option to become a ...
