All I can say is thanks for your comments, and I wish I could program!

I've been playing fallout since it came out back in the 90's however, I never really understood how the skills worked, specifically the Percentages. Does the percentage on each skill represent proficiency, the chance for success, or what?

Even more importantly, and I guess this might be a stupid ...

I am perfectly capable of vectorizing them, I was just wondering if someone already have them in a vector format so that I wouldn't have to go to the trouble. Thanks Malta, I will email you for the jpegs.

Hey, does anyone know where I might be able to find the fallout boy illustrations in a vector format (ie. ai, ps, wmf). Those are those illustrations with the little guy down in the bottom right corner when you click for info.
