I found the solution to the Handmaiden problem, when she gets angry at you and there is nothing you can do to solve it.
My solution was to use the kotor savegame editor (KSE) and modify the saved game in the -globals-numeric.
Basically I think I changed all the parameters related to the handmaiden ...
