I've tried it for a second time, flew to Dantooine, spoke to Kriea who said i should go to the jedi enclave, i then trained Handmaiden and it has loaded and put me into the Telos academy again...

I've completed in this order: Peragus, Telos, Korriban, Naa Shaddaa, Onderon/Duxn, Dantooine, Onderon part 2, all Jedi masters have gone to Dantooine.

I've now reboarded the Ebon Hawk, told the Handmaiden I will train her, Kreia appears in the cut scene and says "Betrayed". The game then loads to ...
