Well, I believe that robe exists in the game itself, though I'm not sure if it's even possible to obtain it from normal gameplay ...

My favorite ROBES would have to be:
Thon's Robe (LS only)

Def bonus: 3
Saves: Reflex +1
Skills: Stealth +4
Bonus Feat: Force Focus
Bonus Feat: Force Immunity: Stun
Bonus Feat: Force Jump
I like this most for the Force Jump.

Next choice would be Ossus Keeper Robe.
