Umm....I had this and assumed it to be part of the game. Leave the hotel and go down the end of the road to the parking lot (Where the 3 Russians are ) and in the parking lot you will see a trash bin with an open vent above it. Jump on the bin and into the vent. It's a bit tricky ...
