System crashes after 2 to 10 minutes into the game. It happens at different areas in the game. The system goes into "power saving mode" then shuts down. You have to turn the system off and back on again.

I have been to the "Lost Lake" Islands 3 separate times but a Moonbeast never shows up. Do I have to visit all regions before he will show up?
