I had a problem with the patch too. I could not get it to install at all. Consequently, I went back and downloaded the patch again and it worked fine. Hope this helps you.

Can't drop Irylnbyth Castle soul stones
I have all 4 soul stones but game will not allow me to drop them into the fire? When I right clip on them I get the "buzzt" you can't do this sound.
