i have only joined the mages guild, returned the staff of burning and just finished getting the armor from ulm.have i gone to far to complete the quest from house of tiger? am i not able to join mages guild and complete house of dragon and tiger? ty

iv started this quest south and back north over and over looking for the evil shugenja im supposed to kill. im told to go south of Lake Hadoen in the forest,are there any land marks to help find him or a specific time of day he shows up. any help would be great...........ty
