Made it through finally with a bit of luck. I lost Minsc, but he can be resurrected.Good loot, tough suckers.

I am having a heck of a time beating them. Been a longtime since I made it this far through SoA. Anyhow, my party:

Would a Swash (10) => Mage be more effective in combat? Or is the THACO still nerfed? I was reading Dan Simpson's character guide and he seemed to really like the Swash => Mage combo.
