Well he is not at the lake and I was told by the guy leading the hunt to return to the village and give wind-eye the heart.

And I cannot speak to the chieftain as at this point in the story he has been taken by werewolves already...

I have just killed the spirit bear for the skaal and have returned to the village to present it to the shamen, but he is not there!
I have tried using the console to reset all the actors positions but he still does not appear where I saw him last...
Can someone give me his id so I can summon him to ...
