I'm at the Azunite Cliffs platform that should take me to the Elven Reliquary with the Focusing Stone part of the staff. But I can't find any type of switch or button that will allow me to use the platform. It's just...there. I already picked up the Carved Rod from the Northern Vai'lutra Forest but ...
