not sure why you would want to go to the fake vualt 13 im pretty sure nothing is there and you dont need to go there.

Well I just beat fallout2 and I wanted to keep playing but when ever I try and leave the san fran docks the loading screen freezes and I cant move or anything. Has this happened to anyone else and if so do you know how to fix it?
