Hi, I am like really bad with names. So could you guys like suggest some really elvish and dark-elvish names? I mean I want to play an elf and the only name I can come up with is Gladder. Thanks.

Well I think if you don't want to take Cernd just because you have never played with him than the choice really depends on your party. If your party is top heavy with warriors, you know your PC is a warriors type (A paladin, ranger, fighter or even a monk backed by people like Keldorn, Mazzy and ...

Okay so you want to romance Imoen
I think you can romance Imoen if you download one of the heck programs. I believe that on another thread they were talking about some guy who was making custome romances or something like that for BGII. But that doesn't change the face the Imoen is your sister. But I was justing thinking that maybe ...

Final Thoughts on the series
Well I just finished ToB and decided to think over the series.
BGI-TSC: It had very few dungeons and absolutely no dragons and am I glad it didn't. Even if you did *every* single area, and BGI had far far more area and in some respects far more small aside quests than BGII, you could only get level ...

This my absolute last post on this topic. But I am now convinced that though western philosophy might have been the base of the alignment system that test was not. I have always been taught that sometimes your fate, your destiny leads you into circumstances despite your free will. More acuratly the ...

I can tell this question is very close to your heart. But seriously it is clear that whatever philoshopy the alignment system might be based on, correct me if I am wrong but terms chaotic, lawful and neutral are keying you into the idea that the alignment system is based on western philoshopy, that ...

I think I finally understand the problem. Basicly Polaris you are giving far more thought to this than Bioware ever did. Or conversly Bioware started making the game euro-centric perhaps but did not concider it as a criminal act to mix Zen with western ethics. Or never imagined that anyone would ...

This is getting redeculous. As a programer I can sympathise with bioware on how hard it is to have multiple tiggers for events based on alignment. They can do it. But it takes time and probably whoever wrote the script of the "tests" probably had a set of personal beliefs that made him/her think the ...

Changing Sarevok's alignment
Given everybody in my party except Saverok is good I really, really want to know how to change Saverok's alignment and what does it change to? I mean my rep is usually up around 20 and that's were I like to keep it and I am really getting sick of "This is hardly what I expected. If this continues I ...

Debt to Sarevok
When I has doing to the second Pocket Plane trial and my PC learnt of her past and the Solar asked if I had a debt to Sarevok since I could have easily had his life if fate had not intervened I sort wasn't sure... I said yes. I don't think it makes a difference but it sort of got me thinking I mean ...

*rolls eye* Pretty much all the NPC you can have in your party are damaged emotionally. Except Edwin and Korgan and Jan. I think the programmers might have had Valyger for the girls if they had more time. He fits the profile of the L tigger candidates. You know single, lonely, confused, looking for ...
