Ok it solved it self dont know why but after I turned off the game to do something and when I restarted it had some how seperated it self from the others.

I read in a guides ( http://faqs.ign.com/articles/445/445413p1.html ) that you could get Darth Bandons lightsaber if you killed him at the right planet (Manaan) and it would show up as un ordinary lightsaber but that it wouldnt stack with the other red dual sabers and that it gives different effects ...
