I just finished the game also and I have to say, the story got really screwy after defeating Jack of blades (the first time). I really had the feel that a lot of time went into the game up to that point. After defeating him, it felt like a rush job to just throw in some additonal content at the end ...

The scroll is pinned up on a bulletin board/message board type thing on the wall to the warden's left I think. And yeah, watch the two meters carefully and use "creep".

You can never accept those quests. They are just there to make the guild look busy or something I guess.

And after you get first prize fishing you can always beat the h##l outta the guy running the contest when you get bored :|

sux I keep wanting to redo the whole game because I want to get everything and do every quest

Okay I have a question about the keys. One of them you can only get if you fight Thunder, which I did not. Now, one of the chests requires 30 keys, so am I basically screwed? I would like to be able to open all the chests in the game.

Yeah I think they did a good job of it for the most part even though I have never been partial to Micro *coughs, coughs* games.

It just seems to be lacking in that you can continue to play after doing the main quests but there is really nothing to do after the main story is done.

I just read that someone had the archon battle armor for their character. :S I gave the crap back to the dead guy because I thought it was the only way to advance to the next part of the game. Can I get it back from him? Is it even worth having?

Okay I took the guard quest to find the "deadly bandit" guy. I went there and killed him but when I got back to tell the guard, I got mad because he was a lying jerk and he just wanted his mothers inheritance so had his brother killed (the bandit).

Nope not yet. I am stalling. :D I have been avoiding the gold quests as much as possible to drag the game on as my son finished it in less than two days, which was disapointing.

I am past the part in the bargate prison and haven't aged, which is odd. I think I still have one more donation ...

I'm not sure how I managed it but I only donated 3 times and my guy is now 18!

The first time was around 1k, second around 5k, and the last time 100k. I was wearing all the "evil" tats and dark plate. Not sure if that helped.

About mayors and chiefs. I read somewhere that if you marry the daughters of the mayors/chiefs then kill the mayor/chief you inherit the area and become mayor. Does this only work on X-box or can you do this on PC also.

If you can do this, does it count for the "ball and chain" demon door? It says ...

Okay moderator please slap me thoroughly if this has already been addressed (I looked but did not find any clear answers or would not have posted), does anyone know if there are any plans for another Fable on PC in the future? Or possibly an expansion/add-on for TLC on PC?

You know, this quest has been driving me nuts as well. I too know that I have books that he will want but every time I talk to him he just says the thing about the spell book. Is there any way to get rid of books? Sell them somewhere or something, I dunno, am about ready to kill the school teacher ...

Okay I started going in the houses at night and sleeping in the beds. When I wake up in the morning, the homeowners are usually there, then I kill them quickly before they can call the guards.

I wish there were a good way of buying shops. I think they should have set it up so that you could buy ...
