NPC endings collected somewhere?

I liked Minsc's ending the best.

However, I have only seen the endings for my team (Minsc, Anomen, Aerie, Nalia, Imoen).


Has someone collected all the NPC endings in a file or webpage somewhere? Would very much like to read them.

I'm finishing up SoA, playing in Watcher's Keep right now. I'm wondering how to prepare for ToB, especially for Sarevok as a potential new party member. I'm mainly wondering what kinds of items to bring into ToB and what just to sell in SoA.
