idk. i like the weapons i got from the dark brotherhood. while they do wear out quickly, they certainly pack a bigger punch than most ordinary weapons.

i know there is a mage in bruma that charges weapons and there are stones. are there any other mages anywhere else that can charge them? anyone who's progressed through the mages guild knows why i'm asking. i haven;t been successful in finding anyone else
