Aww, so shoot me, I'm a fan of MMORPG's as well. I've been online throughout diablo, starcraft, NWN, EQ, SWG, EQ2, the re-vamp of EQ....However, you still have it wrong bro. The best way to divorce yourself from reality and therefore ENJOY a fantsay game is to make the game more real and that's what ...

Umm, I think they're just a random encounter sometimes. I ran into them my first time out from Fargrove when I went to see the swamp witch for my wizard initiation quest, four of them....wasn't very pretty at all since I couldn't rely on any big spells. Only thing that saved me was having a whole ...

Thanks bro. I like the range of some of the heavies, but didn't want to give up the speed of the dual weapons for when I'm hard-pressed to get off an attack. Any particular weapons you can dual wield light/heavy with? I've been trying to get a giant battle axe with a secondary weapon (only heavy ...

My favorite thing about the game, is that no matter what, you can try to do anything, just like real life....A mage can pickup a heavy weapon and armor despite it's penalties; a priest can try to pick a lock (with or without hope), and a fighter can attempt to cast the spells only the most powerful ...

Umm, I looked at both, thanks  Did you check my info before your replied? ;) Heck I even tried looking under heraldires for gaining samurai to get the info, then tried to find other sites with walkthroughs.....Which, just in case anybody was curious, this is the best one I've found, just ...

Actually, I have fire burst as well, I just never got any spells higher than fireball. I still seem to have better results pushing back mobs with the star, but yeah, fire burst does also have a better cast time than fire ball. I would guess this is because while the fire burst pushes more distance ...

Yeah, those skills are listed in error because they listed all the skills for a deathlord, but ran out of space, so extended into the enchantress' area. Thast pushed the enchantress' stuff into the fighter section. since the fighter gets no special skills or heraldry the other entries should all be ...

The cheapness of shrieking star isn't necessarily the only reaon that it's not a complete waste of time. It pushes mobs back as well as dealing them a bit of area damage. I use it when I'm being crowded and don't have the time to whip off a fireball without getting hit. The star casts alot faster ...

I don't know of a work-around for your lock jamming problem if you saved after the lock jammed. But yeah, if you fail at picking a lock, they can jam, leaving you with only the option to leave it alone. I save the game before I try to pick any lock or disarm any trap, but be aware, this can cause it ...

I take it you also can't dual wield when using any weapon other than light/medium? I'm dual wielding with a samurai/valkyrie, but I can't seem to get to use my heavy weapons while I dual wield my wakizashi....Or would I be able to use a primary heavy weapon if I picked up med. dual wield (even if I ...

It's not that you're not showing that there is a mob to kill, but for instance - I've done the samurai quest twice and all the info says that you have to kill a ronin (think his name's something like Hidego Asuga, don't recall atm), and that he's somewhere in the woods between fargrove and arindale ...

*shrug* It's not like it's a complete work dude, I mean, look at the fact that the walkthrough doesn't post specifics of where some quest-related items/mobs are. If the quest to gain a class can't tell you anything more than "find and kill x mob somewhere between x and y cities" what do you expect ...
