ive have been searching and searching and trying to figure out how to get Bolvyn to challenge me so i can become the Horator

like what exaclty do you need to be able to challenge him

or

is there something specific you have to do in order to get "challenge ...

i need someone to explain how in the world im post to make a 100 unlock on target thing, like for and idiot haha, im stuckin almost every guild because im terrible at picking locks if I had a 100 unlock spell it would help me alot
