You must be using the update, when I fought him I never used any elemental stuff, just charged him and took him out, he never changed form for me, just stuck as a big air elemental until he died which wasn't long, maybye you need +5 weapons or summat to do any real damage (Carsomyr, Crom Faer, Staff ...

Watch out for importing into ToB, I did and I ended up not being able to save, everytime i did, it saved it into a small file somewhere in my computer that wouldn';t show on the load screen or summat, the only way it would work was to fight the final battle again.

Planetars seem to have more spells and are summoned by mages so I geuss that they have weaker stats, this seems to be true in combat too, Devas have very few spells and seem (to me) to last longer in battle so I suppose they're the tanks of the planes. Don't know the exact stats though.

The Hardest fight I think is Sendai. I tried your idea at level 25 and I agree, it's tough but i did it in the first go,using simulcrum to summon hordes of devas, elementals etc. But Sendai!! I reloaded FIVE times to kill her, those damn Drow mages that appeared kept my mages busy so I couldn't ...

Yeah, the stalkers are pathetic and will fall to death fog or something similar, I gave a cxecent tank the big metal unit and switched on grt whirlwind with Arguvadal and Foebane (all +5) And he died easy. Just don't use spells on him, rely on Mele.

Hah!!!! What you need is a Ranger!! As an elf and some high dexterity you get a vvvv low AC and you can use draw upon holy might etc to beef up your THACO and stuff,and of course any decent belt gets you huge strength, priest spells equal healing and other stuff, how can you resist??
