Whenever I try to talk to an NPC, I get the "NPC appears to be busy" message. I've tried to talk to every PC I can find and every one gives me the same thing, Iv'e also reinstalled the game at least 5 times with and without the patch and the expansion. I never had this problem on any of my other ...
