ive soloed once with a mage in baldurs gate 1 i and t did pretty good
and ive soloed like hundred times with sorcerer wich is the most powerful,funniest class in baldur`s gate both soa and tob( my opinion)

animate dead,mordenkain sword,gate,planetars are good summoning spells
all the others are crap

clerics can wear any armor druid dont

jaheira can wear any armor cuz she is fighter too....
