I've gone back to the Great Hall and Taar is not there. In fact, I've searched the entire city looking for Taar and still have not been able to find her. I've also downloaded the most recent patch for the game and still cannot find Taar. Any suggestions?

I am just starting act III and decided to go back and finish all the secondary quests that I can up to this point.
