She's a trader in the foreign quarter canalworks.

In my own gaming experience, the Ordinators will stop attacking on sight once you complete the main quest... even if you enter into dialogue with them. I found the same to be true with the High Ordinators with Her Hands armor in Mournhold.

I'm trying to assasinate Tirer Belvayn for one of the Morag Tong quests. I followed the directions and arrived at his dome Shara, however, the dome has no entrance anywhere to be seen. Am I missing something really obvious, or is there a trick to this?

I'm trying to complete the second guild quest for the Fighters Guild to add a third tier class to my character. I'm supposed to kill Minaw Taw and rescue Sir Falen from him.... where can I find them?
