Hmm, just found out that a character created and exported under TOB comes up with high levels (my whole party is around lvl18) when starting a new SOA game. Is that right?? I knew that a new char for a new TOB game would start at a high lvl but also when starting a new SOA game?

Just started a multplayer party to do a solo game with a self made party of 5. From the start Imoen joins the group, seems i have no choice. Do I have to wait till she gets taken after the Prison, or is there another way to get het out of my party??

Currently I'm playing TOB but I was wondering if I can start a new BG2 game (not TOB) next to the one I'm playing?

I run BG2 under XP to and no problems at all. I do encounter some strange bugs with the traps on the map screen sometimes.
When you look at the map screen and hover over a trap marking with the mouse, BG2 closes so you have to start it again.

Right now I'm doing all the quests I run into. I like the stories and all the stuff and xp I find. But I wonder, I'm still in chapter 2 (although running dry finally on quests), are the other chapters the same size?? Cause it will take me forever if these chapter are as big and with that many quests ...

In an old post I read an explanation on rolling dice, THAC0, AC etc. Does this really matter in the game because you never know what the AC or THACO of the enemy is do you? I mean, what do you do with all this knowledge in BG? I'm not really thinking about all the calculating, I just try to ...

Is there any reason to keep keys with you if you have used them? Prison keys, Gaal's key etc.. I wonder if I will need them further in the game, or are doors opened with those key open for ever?

What if I drop items on the floor in some safe place, will they be on the ground forever or do they ...

Problem is that most of the time they cast defensive anti-magic stuff on themself wich I want to disarm with dispel magic and stuff like that wich are pretty slow. But an archer may be of some help...
