where is the fighters guild and how do i become a maruader i need to find the guild first. i think im already in the guild but i need to find it again so i can start the maruader quest where is it

ok i need to get into the forbidin lands and i cant get in. i read the walkthrough but i cant get the treasure map back from deliah, and it says i need to give the treasure map to vartugg in skulldoon. how do i get get in the forbidan lands?
