i thought for jeanette to sleep with you, you had to give her the pendant and then do the slashterpiece quest for her then side with her with the argument. i did that and she still won't sleep with me. is it because i'm a nosferatue or does it happen later? please help.

i want to know how you get all the havens, the nosferatue haven, tremere haven, the skyline apartement haven and any other havens that their might be. plz help me out.
