Am I just being dense or is there a trick to getting into the Wind Jumping area of the Shadow Ruins? I go into the gate that is labled on the walkthrough map for the Wind Jumping area, but what I get is a series of small rooms just large enough for 2 shadow gates. I've tried various combinations to ...

Anybody run into this problem or have any advice?

I managed to clear out the first section of the Ulm palace. However, I don't recall fighting a guy that drops a key. I could have but I might have missed him in the fight. There were quite a few.
