I am a level 35 character with 94 hours of gametime in. My save and autosave load to about the ..... of "Loading...." then freezes. I am about to kill Dagoth Ur and I noticed my speed and intelligence skill is drained. When naked, all of my skills are at 100 except luck. Yet my speed is down to a 97 and my intelligence is down to a 93. I have no diseases or any items that drain skills sans Sunder's fatigue drain ...
