I don't know if it's a bug, but a similar thing happened to me twice. During the 'Corruption and Conscience' quest I talked to the guard, went away for a while, then went back to the same guard and he arrested me. I reloaded and made sure I didn't steal anything, but he still arrested me. I just ...

New way to lose a horse
This one is pretty odd. I entered Bruma, leaving my horse outside (Prior Mabel's). When I get back a few minutes later, the horseshoe icon is red, and as soon as I mount it, a guard comes and arrests me.

Ok, this one should be pretty basic. I got the invitation to meed the Gray Fox in Bruma. When I enter the basement where he sits and starts a conversation, all he says is 'Don't you have anything to do for me?', or something like that. Then the conversation ends. My quest log says I should meet him ...

I just finished the Grey Prince Quest and recieved some permanent fortify skills - Blade among them.
Will these points count as regular skill levels gained through experience or training when leveling up, or are they like regular fortify, e.g. magic items, that don't count?
