Allright so I JUST got my CE via UPS today so I installed it and the first item I got...some necky in a chest and it had ?? on the item so I thought....hey gotta ID it first.
So I moved on and the more items I got armor/weapons etc they ALL have the ?? now my original items that I started with don't ...
