Check with Nottle, sometimes he has keys that you missed. Other than that go back and load a previous save game and try and find it again, if you have one to load

I will play, but I have never played the multiplayer version of Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor. So I am not sure on how to make that work.
