Well I use this really cool mod witch adds 5 different races to start as, brings your specialty levels to max 25, you can buy up to 6 party slots in any difficulty, and (what your looking for) it makes all your saved games available even it you have mods! and more stuff. Here’s the link:

I've been looking for a mod that makes party members the same (or close) to the level of your main character. I've seen some but I wasn't looking for them at the moment. I've been looking all day. So can someone help me?
