I found the shadowbane wine on the top floor of fort grief (on island bear bravil). You need to go there to find aerlon locke who is missing, however I'm not able to leave the fort as i'm locked in (even through I stole the real key form the orc). so maybe this helps and meybe not!!

i want to buy a house in skingrad, but everytime I look for shum gro-yarug his arrow shows that he's in the castle, so when I go there he's at the west weald and so on. How and where can i find him? Or is this just a glitch?:
