I finished the half giant prisoner quest where I freed sartan, but now i can't seem to find him at the Inn at Eirulan...where he's supposed to be according to this site. Does anyone have any ideas where he might have gotten lost along the way?

Act II secondary quest Finala's contempt:

I went back to the elevator to Morden undergroun hq with Finala, but I was fighting while she was talking about fixing the elevator and didn't see all the dialogue. Now when I go back the elevator won't work. She can pull the lever, but nothing happens.
