I wouldnt go thru all that junk, Uninstall your game (your saved games will be saved dont worry). If you dont want to chance it copy the save folder and put it back after your clean install. I didnt have that problem with the ladder. that happend to me when I was getting a relic with a lvl 35 ...

Thats funny it gave me no option to buy the totem. I had to kill the whole darned tribe THEN the tree bosses to get it.

And on your 30th trip im sure your STILL findeing them. carelessnes=bugs

Dont know what to tell ya there im a battlemage i think ive killed all of them i could find. i usually freeze them and go all out with physical attacks then freeze them again till their dead.

No there should not be screw up protection george. The game shouldnt be screwd up in the first place. This is a bug and you will have to wait for the fix. Or if you get the game editor that has been offerd by sticky mabey he can offer a location for you to get into the ruins again. Ive masterd this ...
