Just start walking around outside a city to find Bandits and Marauders (along the paths). They are leveled to your character so it shouldn't be too difficult to kill them, and if you kill enough of them you should have the best gear your character can use.

Yeah, I knew that certain races had higher magicka... But which one has the highest?
This character is a level 29 Dark Elf Battlemage, with the Atronach as it's birthsign.
Anyway, I guess my main question is answered, I was just being stupid :laugh:

a Destruction spell that would require 500 magicka for a Novice of Destruction to cast will require a lot less for an Expert of Destruction.

Well I am really just wondering where I went wrong... My character's total magicka is only 350 and the intelligence is maxed out. It's birthsign is the atronach, so I thaught it would have decent total magicka. I know I could increase it with enchanted items (or spells), but I'd rather use my armour ...
