Anyone know what the deal is with Summitmist Manor in Skingrad? I have talked to just about everyone in the city and all they tell me is that there is a weird party goin' on in the house. The door to the joint cannot be picked, a key is required. I am only a level 6 so I suppose it is possible that ...
