backflips worked

I just kept backflipping, and hitting the shift key like crazy while in the air. It eventually worked. I just ignored the shades, healed when I had to, and got it done.

I can't seem to get the final shadow crystal that is floating above the whirlwind in the shadow altars section of the final Shadow Ruins area.

I get get fairly close to the crystal, but not close enough to have the shift key do anything. Is there a real trick to this? Can I use the character editor ...

I'm using version 1.56a, and it worked great for adjusting some ability levels, some money, and giving me the demon key.

One bug is that you can only see your items when looking at everything -- the categorization of keys, etc. doesn't show any items.
