I just want to know if thers any way to do the last TG quest in the position im in now. Mybe an update? I just want to do the quest.

I got done with the boots quest and I want to do the ultamate heist.
I got around 2000 gold fenced and it says in the independent theiving that i got done with 800 gold fenced and nobody is sending me the message for the last quest.
Help me ...
